It fills the all-important context gap in the customer conversation, that critical ellipsis “…” — the unspoken “dot-dot-dot” in the pitch — where customer relevance is left out, value is insufficiently expressed, and opportunities are consequently missed. No matter the product or service you seek to propose… every purchase decision — every change in behavior — requires the head AND the heart to align. Shrewd copy purposely appeals to both: the gray matter and the gut. It’s strategically creative. Creatively strategic. And sticks to the brain like glue.
